Using state-of-the-art Star Diagnosis software and genuine parts, our qualified team is fully equipped for servicing, repairs and car sales. We are proud to offer a full MOT & service centre, air con recharging, competitive parts prices and labour costs significantly lower than at main dealers. We are now also fully trained by the Mercedes-Benz Training Centre in hybrid vehicles.

Diagnosis

Our technicians use the latest Mercedes-Benz diagnostic software and equipment, allowing us to find faults quickly and accurately. We are also able to keep your engine control unit and telematic / command system fully up-to-date. The Star Diagnosis system offers the following benefits:

• Direct communication with the vehicle's control unit and memory

• Access to thousands of different fault codes, which are updated continually

• Important vehicle software and safety updates

• Command telematic updates and part coding

Accredited Service Centre

Owners of a new Mercedes can choose to have their vehicles serviced by independent garages (even if less that 3 years old) without invalidating the manufacturer's warranty. We are also a Star Partner so your service history goes straight onto the Mercedes digital cloud platform once complete.
